Research Interests

Scientific interests lie in the field of mathematical modeling of nonlinear dynamic systems of various nature. The main focus is on modeling the processes of self-organization and the complex space-time behavior of biological systems, such as the mechanisms of biological morphogenesis, the patterns of tumor growth, the mechanisms of biological rhythms. Along with biological, physical and chemical systems, in particular, complex regimes arising from the propagation of the combustion front in gas and solid media, spatial and temporal structures, caused by chemical reactions, for example, the Belousov-Zhabotinsky reaction, are also investigated.
